v0.2 - Polish Update

Heya, since unity 6 released recently, I decided to create a quick polishing update with the following changes:
- added new splash screen
- fixed UI scaling error
- Pausing the game now actually Pauses the game
- fixed transition in Level 1
- fixed transition in Level 4
- added WEBGL suppor
